Helical is committed to ethical behaviour and recognises the risk of being drawn into bribery or corruption due to the nature of its business. The company is committed to complying with all relevant national and international laws and conventions relating to bribery and corruption.
In 2011 the Group introduced an anti-Bribery policy and procedures to ensure compliance with the Bribery Act 2010. The policy states the Group’s zero tolerance stance towards bribery and corruption, describes what constitutes a bribe and identifies whistle-blowing procedures.
