The Meadows Business Park, Camberley

Construction has commenced on Helical Bar and Averley Wood's latest venture in the M3 corridor at The Meadows Business Park, Camberley. Scottish Widows has funded the £45 million, 140,000 sq ft (13,000 sq m) scheme adjacent to the Blackwater River, approximately 1 mile from Junction 4 of the M3.

The scheme will comprise four buildings ranging between 23,000 sq ft (2,100 sq m) and 53,000 sq ft (4,900 sq m) and enjoys an outstanding car parking ratio of 1 space per 225 sq ft occupied.

Helical Bar's Development Director, Gerald Kaye, comments; "We are proud to be working again with Scottish Widows and trust the The Meadows is as successful as The Arena Bracknell, our last development together."
