Coverys takes 15,994 sq ft, taking building to over 75% let

Helical plc, one of London’s leading property developers, has agreed a further 15,994 sq ft letting at One Creechurch Place, the prime office scheme located in the heart of London’s insurance district. The letting is further evidence of the robust demand for Helical’s market-leading office developments from a diverse occupier base, as well as the continuing confidence in London’s long-term future as the pre-eminent European city.

Coverys Managing Agent Limited, a Lloyd’s managing agency owned by Coverys, the leading Medical Professional Liability insurer, has agreed a 10-year lease on the sixth floor. It joins a number of other leading business and insurance brands including Hyperion, Enstar, Dell and Travelers, who have all been attracted to the 272,505 sq ft building due to its high quality clear open floor plates providing excellent natural light and good views, as well as access to public realm.

Just four and a half floors of the 17-storey building, totalling 69674 sq ft, remain to be let, meaning 75% of the building is now occupied.
