A new landmark commercial quarter next to the bustling Old Street roundabout.
The Bower features several of London’s most exciting new food and beverage concepts alongside established local meeting spots such as the iconic Shoreditch Grind. It is also now home to some of the UK’s leading creative businesses.
Together, the main warehouse complex at The Bower and the adjacent Studio building offer 144,000 sq ft of office space – all of which has now been let. Work is underway on Phase 2 – The Tower, a 171,000 sq ft office building fronting Old Street. 52% has been pre-let to WeWork and Farfetch and the remaining space will be available in Summer 2018.
As part of the development project at The Bower, Empire House on City Road also underwent a comprehensive refurbishment and was let to Z Hotels and Peruvian restaurant Ceviche. The building has since been sold to new owners.
New public realm has also been created with three new access routes in to this vibrant retail and restaurant destination, set within beautifully landscaped public spaces.
