Helical plc acquired their latest development in the heart of Farringdon in a 50:50 joint venture with Ashby Capital in May 2019.
The site is situated on the corner of Charterhouse Street and Farringdon Road, just 100m from Farringdon Station and immediately opposite the future Museum of London site at Smithfield General Market.
The prominent building is designed by Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands and will provide c. 200,000 sq ft of office accommodation over ground plus ten floors, with floorplates ranging from 13,000 sq ft to 24,000 sq ft. The office accommodation will also benefit from three terraces with extensive views across central London. Multiple retail units will be provided at ground floor level.
Construction commenced in early 2020 with completion anticipated by Summer 2022.
