35 Dale Street is a Grade II listed building situated in the heart of Manchester's Northern Quarter.
The building provides circa 54,000 sq ft of office space over six floors. Helical acquired the asset in March 2015. The building has undergone a full refurbishment and is currently fully let.
35 Dale Street is the winner of the 2019 OAS Award for Best Refurbishment/Regeneration Outside London and was shortlisted for the 2019 BCO Award for Best Northern Region for Refurbished/Recycled Workspace.
The building was sold to to Pictet Alternative Advisors, S.A. and XLB Property Limited in December 2020.
