In conjunction with our partners Aviva Investors we obtained planning permission for a major residential led scheme on this 10 acre site located adjacent to White City underground station.

Comprising 1,150 homes, retail, commercial and community space as well as significant and striking public realm, the intention was to create a sustainable and enduring West London Community.

The site was subsequently sold to Imperial College an adjoining landowner, for a major new campus co-locating world-class researchers, businesses and higher education partners.
