Building on the recent letting momentum at The Bower, Helical announces that it has now exchanged contracts to lease a further 10,022 sq ft of fitted space at its award winning campus in Old Street. As announced in the recent Trading Update, a further 21,970 sq ft of space is currently under offer, which once let, will take occupancy at The Bower to 96.6%.

Adding to the vibrant tenant mix which includes tech, fintech, AI and fashion, the 3rd floor of The Tower has been let to a multinational mobility business who is due to take occupation in June this year.

Benefitting from a combination of excellent transport connectivity, access to talent, record venture capital funding levels and competitive occupancy costs, Old Street has established itself as London’s premier technology and innovation district, being home to more than 50 leading technology occupiers.

Matthew Bonning-Snook, Chief Executive of Helical, said:
“We are thrilled to welcome another new occupier to our vibrant campus at The Bower where tech and AI businesses see great benefit in clustering to leverage agglomeration effects.

“With two further floors under offer and regears agreed on an additional five floors, we look forward to announcing more positive progress over the coming weeks”

JLL and Compton acted for Helical and Devono acted for the Tenant.
