Working with architects Buckley Gray Yeoman, we are sensitively remodeling the interior of the building while retaining heritage features such as the two impressive marble clad stair cores offering elegant connections between floors. The main part of Brettenham House will be directly connected to 1 Lancaster Place to the south via feature stairs, giving each floor a river aspect and enhancing the already stunning views that are present to both sides of the floorplate. 

The main entrance to the building will remain on Lancaster Place, with a separate entrance located on the opposite side of the building, accessed via the quiet and charming Savoy Street. Acting as a gateway to the amenity areas, this entrance provides an opportunity to touch down in the impressive triple height reception space which is connected by a feature staircase to the main Lancaster Place reception. 

In line with our commitments to sustainability, Brettenham House will be targeting BREEAM Outstanding, EPC A, Nabers 5* and Well Platinum. The aim is to divert 95% of all construction waste from landfill and to enhance local biodiversity via a comprehensive landscaping scheme across the building.
