Southwark

Southwark Station is currently a single storey London Underground station, serving as an important transport hub in a central location. The second of three initial sites in our Platinum portfolio JV with Places for London, we have recently secured a resolution to grant consent at planning committee to deliver high quality student accommodation above the existing station building, complete with a separate adjacent affordable housing block.
