Helical were appointed as development manager on this asset by Deutsche PfandbriefBank in 2009 with the remit of completing the building's refurbishment and relaunching it onto the market.

With the creative flair of MoreySmith Architects, Helical transformed the common areas, adding a high quality café and business lounge, a new vibrant reception and the City's best bike store. The building was subsequently let to a wide variety of tenants and was sold to Ashby Capital in September 2013.
