55 Bartholomew Close was the third office building to complete within Helical’s wider Barts Square development.

55 Bartholomew Close was originally three Victorian residential townhouses which were later merged and turned into office space. Helical acquired the building, in partnership with The Baupost Group, as part of the larger Barts Square development and began a comprehensive refurbishment in November 2018.
