In July 2018 Helical completed the purchase of Fourways House in Manchester’s increasingly sought after Northern Quarter.

The building is located on Hilton Street, to the rear of 35 Dale Street and adjacent to the Piccadilly Basin regeneration zone.

The brick built Grade 2 listed former packing warehouse provides 59,000 sq ft of NIA over basement, ground and five upper floors.

The income producing building is largely let to tech, creative and fashion industries, providing plenty of opportunities to work with occupiers as their businesses evolve through offering short form and flexible leases. The building benefits from exposed brickwork, steel columns, timber floors and exposed ceilings. Helical undertook a rolling refurbishment programme as space became vacant as well as updating the common areas to help in repositioning the building.

Fourways was sold to Pictet Alternative Advisors, S.A. and XLB Property Limited in December 2020.
