Tideway Industrial Estate

In joint venture with the National Grid Pension Scheme, Helical identified this 4.5 acre industrial site and obtained a designation within the emerging local plan for residential use, before selling the site very profitably to a Bahrain based investor. The scheme was later developed by the Berkeley Group and is now known as Riverlight.
