Engrained within our culture is our consistent approach to ensuring that the wider interests of our stakeholders are considered in all aspects of our decision making.
In line with section 172 of the Companies Act 2006, the Directors of Helical act to promote the success of the Company for the benefit of the Company’s Shareholders. However, the Directors also place a great emphasis on the importance of the views and interests of the Group’s other key stakeholders and recognise that effective stakeholder engagement is key to the delivery of our strategy.
