A rolling refurbishment of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors was undertaken alongside the addition of a new 5th floor, bringing the total NIA to 35,000 sq ft.
The refurbishment provided open plan office accommodation with excellent natural light, high ceilings, new plant and machinery and a renovated reception and common parts. The improvements included the addition of air conditioning, new toilets, high quality showers, raised floors and feature lighting. The building was fully let in December 2015.
One King Street was sold to Orchard Street Investment Management UK in November 2016.
