The Shepherds Building

The Shepherds Building was constructed around 1960. Helical bought the building in 2000.

In 2002 the building underwent a full refurbishment with an additional floor added, creating an 8-storey, multi tenanted office building aimed primarily at creative occupiers. In 2014 a new entrance and refurbishment of central spaces updated the existing building which included a refurbished café/bar to support and fuel the sense of community within the building and the considerable networking opportunities between occupiers. At the heart of the building is a cluster of vibrant spaces that stimulate collaboration.

The Shepherds Building was sold to Workspace Group plc in September 2018.
