The Bower is a new landmark office and retail quarter immediately adjacent to Old Street roundabout.

Phase 1, consisting of The Warehouse, a 123,000 sq ft office refurbishment, and The Studio, a new 18,300 sq ft workspace, was completed in 2015 and is fully let to some of the UK's leading creative businesses. Extensive new public realm was also created with three new access routes to a vibrant restaurant destination, set within beautifully landscaped public spaces. The Bower now features several of London's most exciting new food and beverage concepts alongside established local meeting spots such as the iconic Shoreditch Grind.

Phase 2, The Tower, was completed in August 2018. The Tower provides 171,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, on seventeen levels, with two additional ground floor retail units fronting Old Street. The Tower is fully let to a range of occupiers including Infosys, Incubeta UK, Farfetch, Snowflake and WeWork.

The Bower is the winner of the 2019 OAS Award for Best Refurbishment/Regeneration (City Category), the 2019 World Architecture Awards for the best Old & New development and the 2019 Building Awards for Office Refurbishment of the Year. The Bower was shortlisted for the 2019 New London Award for Conservation and Retrofit, the 2019 RIBA London Award, the 2019 RICS Award for Best Commercial Scheme, the 2019 Property Week Placemaking Award and the 2019 BCO Best London Refurbished/Recycled Workspace award.
