Eleanor joined Helical in November 2019, and her role covers all aspects of company secretarial work and various areas of operational governance. She is a member of the Executive Committee.
She qualified as a solicitor and notary public in Scotland in September 2014 and is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.

About Marsha
Marsha joined Helical in March 2026 and supports the Board and its Committees. She is responsible for company secretarial matters, corporate governance processes, and ensuring that the Group meets its obligations as a listed company.
Marsha is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
Outside of work, Marsha enjoys reading, travelling, and exploring London’s restaurants.
